These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tavern Hill Blades website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Handmade, One-of-a-Kind Products

Every knife we sell is hand-forged individually. Steel finish, wood grain, antler shape, and stitching will vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos shown, since no two hand-forged blades are identical. These natural variations are part of owning a handmade knife, not a flaw.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to own and receive a knife in your location.

Lawful, Responsible Use

Our knives are tools, made for legitimate use such as camping, hunting, bushcraft, and everyday carry where legally permitted. You are responsible for using any knife you purchase safely, for knowing and following the knife laws that apply where you live, and for how you use or carry the product after it ships. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We make a reasonable effort to keep pricing accurate, but if a pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing for a custom commission.

California Proposition 65 Notice

Knives on this site may contain materials such as carbon or stainless steel, brass, or epoxy resin, some of which are on California's Proposition 65 list of substances known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive harm. This is a standard warning required for products sold to California residents and does not mean the knife is unsafe for normal use. For more information visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Intellectual Property

All photos, product descriptions, and content on this site belong to Tavern Hill Blades and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tavern Hill Blades is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of a knife bought from this site, including damages resulting from misuse or from carrying a knife in a way that violates local law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
